I have no idea why your interface is associating/reassociating so much, but 
turning off 
CONFIG_IEEE80211_DEBUG will get rid of these.

Is it possible for you to change the channel on your AP? In my house, there is 
some sort of 
interference on channel 1 that gives me all sorts of strange messages and 
behavior. By changing to 
channel 3, everything works fine. There are nearby AP's on channels 6 and 11, 
which is the reason 
for trying 1.
