My results are:

rate            4311 rate       4318 rate
=========================================

11M             6.50 Mbs        6.34 Mbs
18M             10.4 Mbs        6.98 Mbs
24M             12.3 Mbs        7.61 Mbs
36M             15.0 Mbs        8.22 Mbs
48M             4.76 Mbs        8.05 Mbs
54M             Failed          7.82 Mbs

As can be seen, the 4311 does a little better at the lower rates; however, the
4318 persists all the
way to 54M. We still have work left, but it is really encouraging to see the
reports come in that
the long-standing problems in associating are going away now that the interface
is putting out more
power.
