The latest V4 firmware (driver version 4.102.15.61) can be obtained by: wget http://www.station-drivers.com/telechargement/broadcom/broadcom%20bcm-43x-4.102.15.61-vista.exe 7za x "broadcom bcm-43x-4.102.15.61-vista.exe" bcm43xx-fwcutter bcmwl6.sys The latest V3 driver (3.140.16.0): wget ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp31001-31500/sp31463.exe cabextract sp31463.exe bcm43xx-fwcutter bcmwl5.sys But it appears that the actual firmware revisions are newer in 3.13x.x.x drivers, where it's 0x127, unlike 0x123 in 3.140.16.0.
