But really, even if you _wanted_ to rebuild your kernel that reference is giving bad advice; you'd do better to check the RPM sources out from CVS and make them that way. It's doubly bad for not starting with "YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO BUILD YOUR OWN KERNEL" in big letters. Just build bcm43xx as an out-of-tree module, to work against the kernel which is shipped with Fedora.
