Replace long udelay by mdelay (long udelay are not supported on all arch).

The file drivers/net/wireless/mac80211/bcm43xx/bcm43xx_phy.c doesn't compile for
ARM architecture (and possibly others).
Here is the patch for replacing long (>1000) udelay by corresponding mdelay.
