Yeah, I see the same with the standard 2.6.22/2.6.23-rc4 driver. Signal
strength never goes above 50% with NetworkManager, though other tools
like the Gnome network interface monitor show 100%. I guess it's a
NetworkManager bug.

Looks like the cardbus card I use. Can't check it though, I left my
laptop at home :(
