How did you determine that the speed was limited to 2 Mbs? If you are looking at the number from NetworkManager, it only gets the speed at connection and does not update it as the rate-control algorithm changes the speed. You should use iwconfig to get the current speed. My 4311 rev02 has migrated to 54 Mbs. Please send the ssb and b43 messages to the bcm43xx mailing list. Thanks for testing.
