You have a BCM4312 rev02. To get it to work with b43, you need to do the
following:

(1) Get 2.6.24-rcX source code from
http://www.eu.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/.

(2) Get the patch file from
http://linuxwireless.org/download/b43/patch_2.6.24_for_4311_2.

(3) Expand the kernel source, apply the patch, and build a new kernel.

(4) Follow the firmware installation directions at
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43.

When all these steps have been completed, your BCM4312 should work correctly,
except for the LED
associated with the radio on/off switch. We are working on that problem.

If kernel building is beyond your skill level, you will need to wait for your
distro to use a 2.6.25
kernel. In that case, only step 4 will need to be done.

Thanks for the SPROM data.

Larry
