Do you mean NetworkManager by "Netman"? If so I use KNetworkManager to
connect to my AP so I guess there isn't any other tool than
NetworkManager. But on the other hand what you talk has some sense. It
indeed looks like some other tool trying to disconnect me and
reinitialize my card.

Do you think updating NetworkManager to 0.7 may help?
