Definitely.

Debian, although not pre-installed because it cannot be in main:
http://packages.debian.org/b43-fwcutter and
http://packages.debian.org/bcm43xx-fwcutter

Same as for many other firmware packages (e.g. for iwl4965), thus not  
really new for Debian users.
