RFKILL_INPUT does something that could also be done in userspace,  
instead (at least its help text says so). If you use the userspace  
solution, you will probably not have RFKILL_INPUT and thus get a  
warning. Why?
It's ok to try to load that module but why should you print a warning  
if it is not there. That is totally contrary to the help text of  
RFKILL_INPUT. At least s/will not work/may not work/.
