Hi,
I've a mac book pro with an airport card broadcom chipset based.
>From Information System on mac os X I obtain this output:
Versione firmware scheda wireless: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (4.170.46.11)
So, I've used your guide
(http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43) to install my airport
card on Slackware 12.1
I've 2.6.24.x Kernel so I've followed specific instructions of that
guide (Section: You are using the b43 driver from linux-2.6.24)
I did all steps without any problem.
After this procedure, I typed "iwconfig" to see if system detected my
card, but iwconfig output was "lo no wireless extension and eth0 no
wireless extension" so "desired" eth1 didn't appear.
Did I forget something to do? I didn't mount any modules on system
because it is not specified on guide
On dmesg output "eth1" isn't detected however I've seen any row of the
output unsuccessfull.
Could anyone help me?
