This may not be the most useful bug report, but I'm just going to put
this out there for the record. My 4318 occasionally goes fubar; it
fails to function, with the syslog showing continual association
followed by immediate disassociation:

etc.

Eventually, the interface vanished entirely; ifconfig showed the
wmaster0, but no eth0.

I'm not sure that this is relevant, but my system has two mac80211
cards, both an internal 4318, which works with b43, and a PCMCIA
Atheros card, which works (somewhat) with ath5k. The above problems
occurred when I was using both of them simultaneously, and repeatedly
bringing them up and down, connecting to several different APs.
