Hi,
I just acquired a new laptop, it came with a BCM4312, which
seems to be fine with Broadcom's own 'wl' driver. But I'm not
too happy with loading a blob, and missing out on monitor
mode. The card does not seems easily replaceable, since
the BIOS actually checks which WiFi card is installed during
boot. And it won't boot with a non HP branded Intel card.
I was hoping BCM4312 would be supported by b43
somewhere in the future. And I was wondering whether
there's anything I can do to help?
Regards,
Pascal de Bruijn
