Hi, i'm running an hp laptop with an 4312 card, which works quite well
when i boot on battery or with cable plugged in. However, when i switch
between those modes, eg. plugging power in/out, b43 stops working. It
throws hell of those messages

[ 7725.009066] b43-phy0: Loading firmware version 410.2160 (2007-05-26 15:32:10)

and the led starts blinking (which is quite funny but rather useless).
Apparently the device tries to restart itself quite a few times each second
and causes heavy cpu load (~50%).

I'm using ubuntu with custom 2.6.29.1 kernel and remember having the same
problems
with 2.6.27.

In which way are these problems related to b43 and not to my acpi or my kernel?
Any ideas/suggestions how to figure out what exactly is going wrong here?

Regards,
Nils Becker
