I think you want to reference
http://bcm-v4.sipsolutions.net/802.11/PHY/LP/TXPwrUpdateNpt

Your mailer mangled the patches - it ended up as stuff like this:

SGVsbG8gTWljaGFlbCwgR8OhYm9yICYgTGFycnksCgpJIHRyaWVkIHRvIGltcGxlbWVudCB0aGUg
bHBwaHlfdXBkYXRlX3R4X3Bvd2VyX25wdCBmdW5jdGlvbiBhY2NvcmRpbmcgdG8KdGhlIHNwZWNz
LiBQbGVhc2UgcmV2aWV3IHRoaXMgcGF0Y2ggKEkgZG9uJ3Qgd2FudCB0byBhbm5veSBMaW52aWxs
ZSB3aXRoCjEwMCBkaWZmZXJlbnQgdmVyc2lvbnMgb2YgdGhpcyBwYXRjaCkuCgpQbGVhc2Ugbm90

Be certain that your mailer is sending plain text.

The routine matches the spec. It doesn't help the speed of
transmission, but it does no harm.

Larry
