Some of the new implementations of BCM43xx devices do not have a
physical SPROM on the device. The necessary data for such a device
could be embedded in the kernel; however, we have a need to supply
a unique and reproducible MAC address.

This patch implements a user-space utility that has an embedded
Rev. 8 SPROM taken from a BCM4315. A random number generator is used
to create a MAC address that should be unique. To make this address
reproducible, it is written to the firmware directory where the PCI
initialization portion of ssb can read it. This program checks for
an existing virtual SPROM, and will operwrite it only when the appropriate
switch is used when starting the program.
