Dear Alok, I am not sure from where I will start to reply you. Lets start from rotten country thing, What do you think? Who are responsible for this. In one sentense, the people who are/were in power, sitting above us, are totally responsible for this. Let me give you just one example. How many land phones we have in our country. 10 lakhs? Only in Dhaka we have demand at least 30 lakh. Do you think it is a big deal to increase it to 30 lakh only in dhaka. Forget about rurul area. I am talking about only Dhaka. You easily can imagine how much a land phone will cost if we have 30 lakh telephone in Dhaka. If it happen, where the rest of the money (30k - 9k (demand note)) will go !! You can duplicate this picture in our every sector in our country. I am not a good writer. You know what I am talking about. If .bd domain registration is regualated by T&T, you dont need to imagine to get the picture of our future.
Lets get back to the domain issue. I told you, there have nothing to do in Bangladesh to get that domain back. If someone/institution is holding your domain illegally, you will have to file claim in proper place. Do you still think, Bangladesi media, Bangladeshi people or Bangladesi govt have anything do with this? --- In [email protected], Ahmed Sirajee <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > beep... > <quote> > Point is, you are not going to get that domain back. > <unquote> > You? > What am I gonno do with that domain? > Ain't you very transparent in this point of getting personal and telling me > not to be. I am not telling you personally. I am telling it to BDLUG via you (I guess, you are a moderator of this list) > Honestly, if you think of your feeling about your country [which should > always be to defend it, however rotten that country might be] this LUG > should invoke the same, and this LUG is not in anyway as bad in condition as > our country is. > My demand it to resolve the confusion that is going to haunt us in the Well, there have thousands way to resolve one problem. Only time can say (and some envisioners too) what is the best way to solve. But personally I think, to make our organization more effective is the best way to solve this issue. Someone can took your domain illegeally, but not your organizaiton. > future. Can't anyone see the future? well I can. Well, would you share with us what is going to be your strategies to solve this issue? you might have better one.
