* CSE/ECE/EEE Backgound with gud grade (although grade don't matter
in professional world, still it is criteria)
* 2 or more years of IP Operations expereience (Cisco/Juniper
based network)
* Theoritical backgound on IP Planning and different layers of
backbone network (Core, Distribution and Access)
* Dynamic/hardworking/Focused
