This isn't the first anti-OSS article that Mustafa Jabbar penned, and
is basically a rehash of what he has already expressed before.
Munir should've anticipated some of these critiques (e.g., lack of
"professional" DTP software, etc.) and addresssed them in his first
article instead of painting an extremely rosy picture about the
current capabilities of OSS.
On the surface, Mustafa Jabbar's article appears to be anti-OSS, but
in effect it furthers the cause of the powers-that-be behind BDOSN,
because it establishes the "fact" that it is BIOS that has been
working on delivering a free Bangla OS, not Ankur. The cynic in me
thinks that perhaps intentionally, Munir left readers wondering who
among Ankur, Bios and Ekushey has delivered a free Bangla OS:

This is a game of volleyball that we're witnessing in the pages of
Prothom Alo. The current score is 2-2 (MZI and Munir have written in
favour of OSS, and JRC and MJ have written anti-OSS articles). Lets
see what kind of response Munir comes up with and if he chooses to
take any intiative to clear up the confusion about BIOS delivering a
Bangla OS!
