you must confirm that, you are on the same directory, where the rpm file
is available, and the second after writing "rpm -Uvh rh9" press tab for
twise, then it will complete the rest name.
as much I know rpm -Uvh is for Updating a Package

Now How can I uninstalled it when I need to ?

do . I am using bijoy in windows . As much I know they didn't released
