Dear Monzur, As far as I recall from Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) biography that even during the his ruler ship at Madina many Jews and Kafer said many bad things about him but he never really asked them to withdraw their words or even allow Muslims to hit them. Such a holy man and a kind person that Allah has sent to us to follow. But we seldom do. He was peaceful and would love to maintain peace at any cost. How we have become such an angry nation I don't understand. That does not mean that I dont hate the things the British, American or the Danish government is doing. But would it heart to be a little more tolerant.
I strongly believe Islam is a religion of peace and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) shows how to handle things at tough time and how to be rigid and strong footed about religion, but also how to show mercy in all quarters. I could have written a 1000 word easy on what I believe about Islam but I also don't think BDLUG is the proper place or forum to talk about religion.
