If you think it's stupidity then people of Bangladesh has nothing to do.
But when you want to make the pirated software users aware of using OSS,
you need to make them aware of it and I think media is the only way.

That newspaper is not the *only* media of Bangladesh. You could invite
all the TV channel reporters there. Just one email to each channel would
send reporters to the seminar.
You should have discussed this things among people. This is not a one
man war to make people aware of OSS. :) Sending invitation mail to some
mailing lists doesn't mean you invite all the computer users of
Bangladesh. Was there any student/teacher from Science and Technology
universities of BD? Why only the BRAC guys, why not BUET/DU/JU/RU/CU/GU?
A middle class student cannot afford to study in those HiFi private
universities. So if you arrange these sort of events in future, please
try to do it in a place where you may find lot more attendees. Your
photos doesn't seems you got a good number there. মানুষকে জানাত হলে
