Please don't use partation magic, if you want to use linux on a box, As some
time it make major problem in pratation.

Now I want to install Linux9.0 again in my PC. but I cannot start it

I dont' know the reason. btw,  why you are not trying the new distros
(verstion) fc4 ?

First install the windows XP then use  the rescue function from the linux
installer  (first  cd)  If you want to know details, let me know.

2. What should I do to start the installation is pure graphical mode

Is this on usb port?
