Probably the same way mailing list archives do it -- using hypermail,
MHonArc, or one of the many other mailing list manager (MLM) software
that are available for free. It was a long time ago, so don't quite
remember how much hand-holding I needed to do.
Google "convert mbox to html" and go from there.
