Hi Mohammad, The manufacturer is Welltech and it's an international company but mainly based on Taiwan. There web site are: www.welltech.com / www.welltechusa.com You will get everything on their web site in the product and download section. The product I have is 3804-SIP which is 4 port FXO device for SIP version. I have paid US$300 for each one and also given some Clearance money (all you know what i mean) in the customs.
