Engineers for their support team. Here is the job announcement:
Position: Support Engineer
No. of Vacancies: 2
Responsibilities:
Along with other team members, will be responsible for keeping clients up and
serve 24/7/365.
Experience Requirements:
A. Clear concept & knowledge of computer networking (specially TCP/IP), and
network troubleshooting.
B. Applicant should be able to configure and trouble shoot (Detect and solve
Hardware & Network problem) workstations with Internet connectivity.
C. Professional certificates will be added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Should be able to join within a short time.
Working Hours:
This is not going to be a 9:00AM to 5:00PM type of schedule.
Will have shifting (Day/Night) working hours. Approximate 60 hours / week.
Salary: Tk 8,000/Month
