The error code shows: 
Confuguring kernel parameters: Error: /proc must be mounted 
 To mount /proc at boot you need an /etc/fstab line like: 
 /proc         /proc         proc         defaults 

so, try to edit the /etc/fstab file and check the /proc entry. may be the line 
is missing or mistaken.

 I have tried to repair the filesystem from the command line by pushing e2fsck  
and also repair and install some kernel parameter from the rescuse mode. but i 
don't get rescue from the problem.
    
   So now plz u help me that what should i now do....
