> Those gadgets are our *sweet* enemy???? What will we do??

These articles always makes me wonder - What is the point?
We love technology for what they *do* and then we hate for what they
*do*?!!!?

If we are worried about data storing technologies reducing our organic
memory capabilities, then what about Automobiles and electronic
communication reducing our physical capabilites (to walk miles and
keep inherently fit), more interactive social bonding etc that
previous generations used to have.

Can we find a point in history where we as human race were in peak
form? No cos every point have technological innovations that reduced
someting from life compared to previous time where such technology
wasn't there.

So my point being - What is the ponit made by such
article/reserch/thinking?

Yes I am really wondering what should I do after reading such an article?

Should I throw away my PDA and start carrying pen and paper? Stop
emailing and start showing up at doors? Disconnect my broadband and
start going to libraries for information?

Even better we can go back to roots and start living basic cave man
life where without any tools - bare physical strength and mental
capabilities being my only support for data to day life?
