Not all the books contains "Downlad(3.4 Mb)" links. You should try using "tor". This is happening probably because your ISP may be using a gateway of country which has restrictions on (pirated)e-books. So flazx is blocking the links to download and instead showing a banner to buy books from Amazon or something like that. If the links don't show up then just restart tor and it should show up unless tor is also using a restricted server.
