Open / Free software doesn't have to mean that the software is available for no cost (you don't have to pay). 70% of the FOSS developers thinks that software should be sold as appropriately. Only 30% FOSS developers think that software should be available for free of cost (but not to confuse, 100% are in support for Open/Free, as in free speech, software).
