Install the following into your windows box. 
http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/
 
Then do SCP or SFTP from Linux to Windows or vice-versa. 

rsync and ssh is also a good choice, depends on the volume of backup data and 
other stuffs. Lemme know if you need any more help on this.
