I am Novice to Solaris 10 .I know its Linux Users group. Though i postd, cause 
i know these r simmilar.

I need to create a normal user in solaris 10 . 

I create them with normal command : 

 # adduser user1
 # passwd  *****

Its granted successfully..

But, whenever i trying to login as 'user1' ..

 #login
 # user   : user1
 # passwd : ****

error :  No utmpx entry. You must exec "login" from the lowest level "shell".. 

Googled for it .. someone told to create /var/utmpx and /var/wtmpx .
I do exactly .But, no luck . 

Any help .. please..
