Job Description / Responsibility
      As a team member of the Support Center & NOC of the nationwide
ISP, you will be responsible to keep services up and support Internet
users 24/7/365.


Educational Requirements
    * Diploma with relevant work experience or BSc in CSE:.
    * Clear concept & knowledge of computer networking (specially
TCP/IP), and network troubleshooting.
    * Applicant should be able to configure and trouble shoot (Detect
and solve Hardware & Network problem) workstations with Internet
connectivity
    * Follow SOP, report, resolve and monitor tickets for each support
calls using CRM solution.


Experience Requirements
    * Minimum 1 year(s)
    * The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
      Customer Support
    * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Computer Hardware/Network Companies


Additional Job Requirements
    * Age 24 to 35 year(s)
    * Only males are allowed to apply.
    * Working Hours: This is not going to be a 9:00AM to 5:00PM type
of schedule.
    * Will have shifting (Day/ Night) working hours. Approximate 60
hours / week.
    * Joining: Should be able to join within a short time.

Salary Range
    * TK. 8000
