If you want to learn linux then Web is the best source for learning linux specially debian linux. Training may be useful if you are a new comer in linux world. But if you know the basics of networking and system administration then training is not mandatory. Linux is not a difficult thing. You may find many books at www.4shared.com. Just download some prili books on linux and go on.
