I am seriously concerned about your reasoning to reality, as you are suggesting that the monthly expense of a student is only 4000 BDT (50% = 2000BDT). The last time I came across such figures were back in the eighties, and that would be the expense for a student of high school. Even the college goers needed more to cover up their overall expenses. hmmmm, maybe I'm wrong, maybe the economy in Bangladesh has truly improved to that point.
