It has been a spring like fall, in the high seveties last week. Today it finally felt like snow, but it is raining nicely now, a rare treat in 2001. I have had some strong impulses to make lots of my barrel compost type remedies this summer and fall. My cows are still eating mainly from the farm and I have been spraying the fields with my own horn humus (500) and my own bc-compound remedy, so the circle grows smaller. It is my feeling that remedies made in 2001 will have a special energy. Steiner said that the Christ impulse will incarnate in the earth in 2001. What does that mean??? I heard a reference that the Christ will be a "judge" in these times. I have heard a reference that the male-female energies will be equal in the times coming forth. How do we put all these pieces together so that we may maximaize our potential in our work upon the land.
As I walked over the farm and looked at the emerging cover crops I realized that these fields have been receiving the biodynamic quantum remedies for t welve years now. Every place I look I see earthworm castings. This is in intensely cultivated vegetable production land, this just should not be! It is raining now and tommorrow the driveways will be full of worm castings, our driveways have better soil structure than most farms. I have filled my bc pits, five in all, one new one to go, maybe more. I use my own recipes, adding clays, coal, peatmoss, ground shells, basalt, seaweed, and beech leaves; then 500-508.
