Are you quite certain your farm has never been farmed ? My main advice to you would be: WAIT ONE YEAR before undertaking any big earthworks. During that year, take the PDC, and observe, observe, observe.... > have recently purchased a 52 acre farm in the Roseburg, Oregon area.... > has never been used for any agriculture purposes.
