We certainly can find examples of new age groups who have enslaved the elemental though their naivete. Those locations end up looking and acting as if they were "Reservations".
That being said,
I know several houses, yards, gardens & farms who have clear & wondrous interactions with the elemental & other worlds, who I believe could use the 3Kings prep to fine ends & have never sprayed a single BD prep.
But that's my faith.
