Don't feel bad about it. It has been doing the rounds since about November and countless numbers of people have been caught.
If you want to stop your computer from sending this type of Virus on, put an address like AAAAA or 111111 in your address book and when it goes to send to all your addresses, it will stall and you can delete it.
