I've been aware of this project in Alaska for 20 years
and Bertell has lectured in Vancouver about this several times.
Question: How come there has so many disasters
weatherwise in the US in the last few years such as hurricanes,etc?
Could they not have been prevented by using HAARP? Or, is it not
perfected enough to be accurate?
