Address correction. I apologize for the incorrect URL address for the Northern Star Calendar I gave earlier today. This is a reposting with a correct web page address.

A new calendar is available for those interested in Biodynamics, Weather Forecasting and Sky watching and who live, or have friends, in the northern hemisphere.

As the author of the calendar I have worked to make bridging steps towards empowering people to realize earthly correlations to cosmic rhythms. It is a huge leap to try and research the effects of the Zodiac on parts of a plant. A few people achieve a clear knowing of a little of these effects, but have difficulty in proving them to another. Most people cannot do it and rely on an authority or a faith. Not so good for a modern person!

Everyone can observe the weather and make some records of their observations. No specialized training or equipment is needed. No precision weighing and measuring equipment required.

I am suggesting that if you observe and record the weather regularly and thoughtfully, you will be able to realize, to know for yourself, that there are patterns to the weather which are related to rhythms of the Moon. The calendar acts as a guiding tool which shares some patterns to weather phenomena and is there for anyone to be able to test out, disprove, or find local variations.

When you are strengthened by experience you are better able to research into more complex and subtle rhythms like those of the planets and the Zodiac. We need achievable first steps.

The calendar offers many other things around BD practices, endeavouring to clarify what do we clearly know for ourselves; what is based on authority or faith, what still needs clarifying. It also has the perspective that we have centuries of research ahead of us, that there are very few things about correlations to cosmic rhythms that we know absolutely. However we are innately researchers, nobody has many of the answers, let alone all of them, and a co-operative sharing of our findings will take us far on the journey.

I have been compiling and publishing the Antipodean Astro Calendar (designed for the southern hemisphere) for 16 years; was a founding member of the Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Association of Australia; and have been teaching Astronomy for a very long time.

I am confident in what I have achieved with the Antipodean and Northern Star Calendars and feel that my work can stand on its merits. I encourage you to have a look at the web pages. Thank you.

Yours sincerely
