Merla, May I suggest that you tell the Weed Advisory Board that you wish to use Homoeopathic Sprays of such dilution that no molecule of the original material exists in the applied spray, thus not requiring licensing, analysis or certification.
Under our Therapeutic Goods Act (Oz) Homoeopathics are about the only thing not requiring registration. If they argue, require them to prove that there is anything in it and to prove what it is....
