Allan Yes this is a good point.GWs chart can be used to determine how things will/may work out for him and not the whole of the USA. I do look at the USA chart/s for the USA as a whole. This June period has Saturn and pluto and the NM on the same places as Sept 11 however not as exact on the Ascendant as then, so the likihood of a direct attack on the USA would be reduced but still possible. GWs fate as president though and his counsel if any will be related to his chart. Even as a puppet his Pluto on the MC in Iraq will describe HIS potential fate there. Pluto tends to go one way or the other elevation to the top or demise.

The Pluto Ceres is a very dominant parental influence and indicates his father as president and even he as president -leader of the homeland. Interestingly his daughters also got into trouble when he first come to office, so there are negatives running here. Neptune as a transiting planet either glorifys or dissolves. As this transit occurs over the coming year both can occur. He does have tremendous ratings based on his strong paternalism so far The question is what happens when this Pluto goes onto the MC -impact on the world- in Iraq, especially with the dissolving influence of Neptune working. He, as an indiviudal either becomes wildly victorious or crashes and burns from an act of delusional nationalism. Iraq could easily be HIS Waterloo. We can but wait and see. I have not made a study of how US presidents charts influence the US chart and its playing out, I guess it will depend on much influence they have.
