Sounds like your biological activity is low.  Have you done any counts of 
soil mocrobes and beneficial bacteria and fungi????   Increase applications 
of 500 and bc and compost teas to increase this activity.  Then those 
nutrients and minerals will be released or produced by processes instead of 
from spoon feeding...SStorch
