Hi! Allan, No one seems to have replied, so here goes. I have not viewed it for several years, so it will be just a thumb nail as you asked.
As I remember is was back in the days of Black and White TV. I think it was a full hour. It shows lots of shadowy burying cow horns at night with a full moon through streaky clouds and suitable music, that is suitable for a Hollywood occult epic. (That's as I remember it.) It goes through each stage of making and applying particularly BD500. Covers broad outline of what BD is, and how it can produce the best possible healthy food without chemicals, while improving the soil. Lots of explanation of importance of right timing, right process etc. Also shows visits to farms of other people and the usual digging a hole on each side of a fence and showing the visible difference in a few short years. Lots of close ups of hands testing soils, showing contrasts. It is a good docko of BD as per AP. (He feels we have lots of light, thus do not need as much BD 501, many of us do not agree with him on this.) It is important to realise that this went to air, Nationally, in prime time, on the country's leading Rural Program, some where between twenty and thirty years ago!! It made enough impact to lead to enough people taking interest that resulted in Australia having more acres under BD than the rest of the world combined. If any one wants to question that statement, include New Zealand and there is no question. There is a lot of exchange between Oz and NZ on all levels of society, including agriculture and horticulture. NZ also has a very strong BD following, doing much important research and development work. While most like to have some criticism of AP, we must admit he has caused more acres to be under BD than the rest of us put together. It was his work that tempted Christopher Bird to come here to write that important section of his book. I have never met AP and am unlikely to do so, as our patches are miles apart. I range on the central southern coast and he ranges up and down the east coast. One of the things I respect about AP is that he is flat out, being out there, actually doing it and not seeking publicity for him or his work. If some one wants ot interview him, they have to do it on the run, following him as he works. My copy of the program is rather battered and was only a patchy download off the TV. I am sure some one would have a good copy and the equipment to convert it to your system.
