BD Listers, I'd like to say that I've enjoyed the posts and opinions about our world political situation. This elist is truly an international forum of creative, largely open-minded thinkers--if WE can't find a way to peaceably and rationally discuss intractable problems, whether they be social or argicultural, who do we think is going to do it? Personally, I would like to see BDNow continue to function as a diverse group of independent thinkers capable of tolerating each other's views rather than simply mirroring the antagonisms we see acted out on the world stage. Isn't there a better way of handling this other than censorship and threatening to walk away from the table?
