I highly recommend that yoou look for an old diaphram pump from a dairy>  I 
have one at a farm I just started consulting at.  Will investigate brand and 
serial/model number...  There are also adjustable diaphram pumps that you can 
calibrate down to 20-30 psi...SStorch
