Dear Gil,

Thank you for your input, welcome, and projected future reading of my essay.

I also appreciated your insights and suggestion re: MCS-CI, to the effect of
trying to support the immune system by way of growing vital whole food.
Although my MCS-CI doc has explained the condition as primarily one of a
Central Nervous System disorder, which is induced by a dysregulated/damaged
(liver) detoxification system, no doubt some immune dysregulation is part of
the picture in what is, after all, an "integrated" neuroendocrinoimmune
"circuit". (In fact in my last visit to the doc, he explained the swollen
lymph/other glands in my neck that make me look far heavier than I actually
am, as "your body's attempts to handle the chemicals" -- is it safe to say
that when lymph glands/nodes are swollen, there's an immune element?

Indeed it has been my plan that the first thing I'll do when I have some
"unpolluted" land on which to grow food (that is, land that is not gassed, as
I am, by the fabric softeners and gas exhaust that inundates me every few
minutes or hour after it passes over the yard, on its way into my windows, of
the house where I rent ), is to lay in a garden. In the current environment,
I am too wiped out by these constant exposures (which would intensify if I
were outside as I could not close the window against them) to even hardly
cook food grown by others.

As one who will be just starting out (I did use to weed or rake an hour a day
during childhood, but that's a far cry from managing even a small garden), I
am not even sure how late into the summer/fall, and what, I can plant, but
whatever it will be at the time of a house purchase (if I am lucky to find an
uncontaminated-by-pesticides one that I can financially swing), it will go
into the ground as soon as the ground can be lightly prepared for it and
hopefuly within days of whatever recovery I require due to chem exposures
during the move.

Thank you for your suggestion and caring spirit.

Hi! Lily,
Thank you for joining in. I trust you will join in more often.

I have yet to read your essay, as I have work to do, but will do later.

Re: your health. I believe that Food Intolerance and Environmental
Intolerance
are to some degree directly the result on a damaged immune system, thus if
you can
to some degree help the recovery of your immune system, you will also reduce
the
degree of severity of your other problems. I speak from experience, having
spent
much of my forties in near seclusion. I will not bore the list with the
details,
but getting access to vital whole food is a big part of getting your health
back.
It was that search that lead me to BD/ Organics/ Radionics etc. Are you able
to
grow a proportion of your own food using BD or at least Organic principles? If
not, it is important you make what ever changes are necessary to enable you to
take control of your own food supply to at least some level.
