Thanks, Christiane. It seems to be the opposite problem: pressure builds up but nothing comes out. I ask about this because it seems to unlikely that the outlet w.b. blocked so tightly internally. I suspect a design 'trick' that experienced users know a workaround for. Plus, I just don't have the time to disassemble the thing if it's not necessary...if you know what I mean.
